Yet again, i miss philly. This is downtown and sorry for the blur on it. I was on my blades and snapped this real quick. The interesting thing is that the buildings not blurred...yet everything else is. Strange

The things closest to you blur more because they are moving more with reference to the camera. It's surprising that it blurred at all, though, with a 1/1000 second exposure.
I feel like you've presented this way too big.
